Hi, Tim here.
These days, I’m the Communications Director for 1MISSION, a community development organization working in Mexico and Central America.
I’m a Doctor of Ministry candidate in “The Sacred Art of Writing” through the Eugene Peterson Center for Christian Imagination at Western Theological Seminary.
As part of my day job, I wrote a children’s book called A New House is a Big Deal and co-authored The True Story That Changes Everything. I’ve also collaborated on some short films, most recently This is Home (2023).
Previous work experience includes World Vision, Church World Service, and Hoiland Media. I earned my M.A. in International Development from Eastern University and a B.S. in Communications and Journalism from Millersville University.
I enjoy reading books.
A grateful dual citizen of Guatemala and the United States, I live with Katie in Tempe, Arizona, where we enjoy long walks with Saint Gus.
